Certificate Design - Master Gardeners series, Mar 2014

The Southside Master Gardeners needed a certificate designed for finishers of their 6-course Landscaping for Life workshop series. I wanted to make something contemporary and clean and went with fun but not frivolous fonts and a friendly look. The course covered the basics of designing your homescape and involved lots of plans and plant lists. You can see earlier versions of this in the linked WIP shots, but ultimately I went with simple elevations of nondescript plants drawn in technique leaned from Lisa Orgler. (Who is AWESOME!) The MGs were very easy to work with and approved the design at all stages!
